Use the supplied adapter

For 24V plug-in sets, always use the compatible adapter supplied in the box. Check the adapter label and confirm it is suitable for the location where it will be used.

Measure before you hang

Measure the installation route before ordering or hanging. Compare total length, illuminated length, bulb spacing and lead-wire length instead of assuming different sets cover the same area.

Respect the use limits

Outdoor suitability does not automatically mean permanent or year-round installation. These products are intended for seasonal, temporary outdoor use — confirm the limits in the instructions for your exact model.

Handle electrical parts carefully

Low voltage does not remove every electrical or fire risk. Do not handle damaged equipment or wet connections. Disconnect power before maintenance.

Support long strands

Support the strand with a guide wire every 8–10 feet — never hang a long strand by the electrical wire alone.

Solar panel placement

Place the solar panel where it receives direct daylight, clear of shade, for the best charging.
